    • Who exactly is the LFS_LFG for?

    We support students from all types of secondary schools in the Czech Republic who know that language skills are one of the important keys to success in life. We appreciate their diligence, self-sufficiency and education.

    • How many students get rewarded with the LFS_LFG scholarship?

    The minimum guaranteed number of scholarships is two every year. The number of awarded scholarships can change over the course of the school year depending on the support from our donors. We always aim to reward roughly 50 % of applicants.

    • What is the amount of the LFS_LFG scholarship?

    For selected students, the FF Endowment Fund covers 100 % of the price for the Cambridge examination. Seeing as the price of the exam can differ slightly for various reasons, in the LFS_LFG submission form, the student is asked to specify the amount they have paid for the exam. For selected students, this amount is then reimbursed in the form of the LFS_LFG scholarship.

  • Can I apply?

    • Any secondary or grammar school student from any educational institution in the Czech Republic that officially cooperates with the FF Endowment Fund on the LFS_LFG project can apply.

  • My secondary school is not cooperating with the project. What to do?

    • Inform the management of your secondary education institution about us and about the possible cooperation on the LFS-LFG project.

  • This year, it didn't work out: the application / I'm currently not at the CAE level / I learned about LFS_LFG too late.

    • No problem, we would be happy if you apply in the next year 2026/27, which we plan to open in the autumn of 2026.

  • I have passed the language exam at the CPE level. Can I apply for the LFS_LFG?

    • Congratulations on passing the language exam at the CPE level. Gaining language proficiency beyond B2 is the purpose of the LFS_LFG project. Despite the LFS_LFG project not being primarily targeted at this level, if all the requirements for LFS_LFG candidates are properly completed, the holder of the CPE certificate will also be included among the LFS_LFG candidates.
